Meet the Mice
Boy mouse, girl mouse, XY and XX rodentia. Ask Beatrix Potter if you can’t place the name; she might tell you a tale. Or ask Erik and Maggie: designers, artists, writers, performers. Together, they are 2 Bad Mice!
Erik (Boy Mouse)
Erik squandered his journalism degree by gambling first on a brand-new technology called “desktop publishing” and then on an unproven company called AOL. That second gamble landed him in London, where he worked long hours developing the UK version of the AOL service, drinking in pubs and hooking up with the company’s head of corporate communications. He and said co-worker promptly moved to Austin, Texas and set up 2 Bad Mice Design.
Erik specializes in illustration, comics, design and teaching.
Maggie (Girl Mouse)
Maggie wasn’t sure what she wanted to do in life, so she got a job in PR. This later became the grander sounding Corporate Communications but it was still PR. She happily left England to start a new life in Austin, Texas and to discover her creative side. So far this has included acting, voiceover, stand-up comedy, playwriting and anything else that sounds fun.
Maggie specializes in marketing, PR, copywriting and voiceover.
